Abstract

Founding CTO Zach Kelling was the #1 Anthropic user by token count worldwide in 2025 — and that throughput built a real FINRA/SEC-approved, SOC 2 securities exchange on post-quantum cryptography, a native-GPU blockchain, and fully-homomorphic encryption. The build consolidated 200+ microservices into 3 compiled binaries (3.07M → 1.06M lines) with a small team, and the FHE layer — computing on data you are not permitted to see — applies across regulated industries, from healthcare to finance to government.
