Abstract

A post-quantum resilient networking architecture for maritime, tactical edge, and DDIL environments, integrating the Reticulum Network Stack as a native consensus transport over LoRa, packet radio, serial, and mesh topologies without centralized infrastructure or DNS. All sessions use hybrid post-quantum key exchange and authentication, with a zero-trust overlay and sub-second consensus finality over mesh networks.
