A formal verification suite for a post-quantum distributed system spanning consensus, threshold cryptography, FHE, and cross-chain messaging: 50 machine-checked Lean 4 proofs, 18 cryptographic security reductions, 12 protocol-correctness proofs, and 7 DeFi invariant proofs, plus symbolic execution, fuzz targets, and NIST KAT validation. Identifies the critical gaps and presents a phased roadmap for closing them.
