Abstract

A cryptographic architecture implementing all three NIST post-quantum standards (ML-DSA, ML-KEM, SLH-DSA) integrated into a production blockchain consensus system with hybrid classical/quantum security and sub-second finality. Details six threshold MPC schemes over a zero-copy wire protocol, GPU-accelerated operations, an FHE virtual machine, and a key management system with Shamir secret sharing, backed by 17 formal cryptographic proofs.
